In this spirit of celebrating convivial bonhomie, Jashn invites you to savour the “Celebration of Feasts” across many a fine kitchen within the palaces and Royal courts across India and beyond. At Jashn, myth and history intermingle with explosion of joyous merriment. The cuisine is inspired from the syncretic hearths of India to the specialities of middle east Asia.

Cubes of lamb, cooked in mild chilly tinged juices, finished with Royal Cumin
