In this spirit of celebrating convivial bonhomie, Jashn invites you to savour the “Celebration of Feasts” across many a fine kitchen within the palaces and Royal courts across India and beyond. At Jashn, myth and history intermingle with explosion of joyous merriment. The cuisine is inspired from the syncretic hearths of India to the specialities of middle east Asia.

Plump shrimps, cooked en-cocotte in tender coconut with green chili, coconut cream, & lime zest.

Rogan Josh

Cubes of lamb, cooked in mild chilly tinged juices, finished with Royal Cumin

RATTAN MANJUSHA

Creamy spinach kofta, filled with a delicately sweet 'n' tangy jumble of shitake mushrooms, sage & green chillies, simmered in a flavoursome & full-bodied tomato gravy

Dum ki Gosht Biryani

The Iconic rice delicacy of lamb chunks, braised with a rich masala of cloves & a hint of cardamom, combined with saffron hued Basmati rice, cooked under flaky puff pastry

MURGH BIRYANI SOFIYANI

Sofyani means white & this dish is a flavourful combination of Basmati Rice & Chicken prepared with milk cake & a other condiments without allowing them to get coloured, Cooked in milk & yoghurt under a cover of flaky puff pastry
